Jason, Have you read my first post?

What is the point of a Forum if you can’t write on it? Why stop people adding to a post?

Where has there been a personal attack on any committee member?

I Quoted John Edney as saying something he never said. The moment I was corrected on that I posted an apology.

I mentioned Steve Cleary and Frank Gray. I never attacked them in any way. I stated exactly what was said between me and them at the last meeting. And I quoted what I was told they said at a previous meeting.

Your dead right about Ralph being the only one at the meetings, He was secretary.

Ralph as I have said informed us as a team what happened at meetings. As explained it was Ralph who said we were offered promotion. I was not at the meeting but going by what Ralph said it was offered unconditionally. Steve Taggert also said he heard it that way too. I wasn’t at the meeting and I don’t think you were either, so how do you know for sure what was offered?

Ralph after all is the division 2 rep so if he tells me and the team we have been asked to go up im going to accept that as true.

Regarding who do I blame for not raising a team after being informed “we were going up” by Ralph, well we raised a team, not a great one but we raised one all the same.

In my post I asked the question, whose fault was it. I never blamed anyone personally. I suggested who was to blame. Naming myself as one to potentially blame.

I wish the offer of promotion was never made or at least we had not been informed of it.

With regards to players leaving because of Ralph. I have stated in my post they left because they were unhappy about not being consulted first about new players from the shepherds bush club joining.

No it was not me who grabbed hold of Dean Moors outside the chiswick club before the first match. I was not at the chiswick club. I was at home. I got a call from Dean asking if I was coming and I said “no”. I had already sent texts earlier to find out who was playing and who wasn’t. Same as I have done for every game we have played since I have been involved with the team. The response I got from the players was they didn’t want to play with the new players. They wanted a new team.

You are right I spoke to you as I stated in my post and it was agreed we would have a “B” team. When I spoke to Dean I told him this. As far as I was concerned it was up to Dean what team he played for. Dean obviously chose not to play for Ralph’s team. I certainly never told Dean to play for my team. Dean said to me the next day I want to play in your team. He played for my team the following week.

What’s the gamble you are going on about? We had enough players signed up to play. I’m sure we would have fielded a team every week throughout the season. We Had 24 players signed up. Of the 19 players I listed who have left the league, 14 never wanted to play in Ralph’s team. I had 11 players who agreed to play in my team. I had 9 players for our 1st game and 7 for our 2nd game.

As I have stated I resigned the team from the league. No one else made that decision. It was down to me. For one there was a new team being interviewed to join the league (The Elm). For two I was told by the committee to play the 2 chiswick society teams as one team in the DMJ trophy. It seemed a logical thing 2 me to pull the two teams together if we were expected to play as one team in the cup we might as well play as one team in the league. Instead of having 2 teams with 6-8 players every week we might as well strengthen the team as a whole. The Elm was there to replace us.

I would never have resigned the team if I had known that the members of Ralph’s team would not play with the players from my team.

That is where it becomes an internal matter.

Where are the untruths there?

Anyway as i have said before, I wish you all a good season.

Im off to play more Golf!!

Im as equally shit at Golf as i am at Darts, so no worries come the golf day !!!

I ask this to be the last post on this subject as it is very clear to most that this is WAS an internal problem. please read what you have said and you will see ALL the contradicting so called facts.

But it appears that you seem to be looking for others to blame.

What others and I cannot work out is HOW on earth any of this would be as a direct result of what you think the committee are supposed to have said.

The fact that telephone conversations regarding others and the postings regading said persons on the forum are completley different comes accross very strange to me.
(and Dean came to the live and let live that night, and I remember what you said to me on the phone)

Anyway I am tried of this conversation and tried as I only flew back in today.

I was also glad to hear that you are fit and well after your accident.
(and if you are reading this Raymend van bumpertap i want my monry back

Lets look forward to the golf day (being annouced this week and lets look forwrd to the chiswick society having two sides in the winter,
