Frank also clarified about signing for a team at the start of the season, means you are signed for that team for that season and you cannot sign for another team in the same season.

All proposals must be seconded and put in writing to the committee as mentioned above. The proposer or seconder must be in attendance at the AGM to have there proposal read out.
The league's Golf Day is this Friday 11th September, numbers are still needed so if you are looking for a game of golf and a good day out get in touch with Jason Clark or make it known on the forum.
Any Other Business : It was mentioned that rearranged games were teams have to play each other twice could be played as double headers on the night in question, but it is entirely up to the 2 teams to agree this before it is played.
A gentleman made himself known at the meeting - Mr Ross Sheridan
Ross very sadly lost his 26 year old daughter to Epilepsy a year ago, Jason Clark is doing a Solo 24hr Darts Marathon at The Chiswick Society Club on Friday 25th September ( Starting at 3.00) to Saturday 26th September finishing at 3.00 that afternoon for 3 Charities - 2 Relating to Epilepsy and 1 relating to Tinnitus.
Ross made it known to all of us at the meeting that 3 people a day die of Epilepsy in Britain and the government gives it no financial support at all (This is more deaths than Cancer or Aids).
There will be various other darts going on in the club with Raffles, Football Cards and hopefully local news station London Tonight who will film the start and finish of this charity marathon there also.
Ross mentioned some of the raffle prizes on offer - 2 nights in Paris on EuroStar, 2 Cinema tickets, 2 Restaurant Tickets to name but a few, but more importantly let us the H.D.D.A. and anyone else there on the day show our support for Ross Jason Clark and these very Worthwhile Charities.
Next Meeting : 4th October at The Favourite 11.30 a.m.
Apologies : Frank Gray, John Edney, Philip Perry (Elm)
Roll Call : The Royal Oak ,Hammersmith Club & Fox & Hounds were not in attendance.
Results : Frank and myself have asked if results can be text to us as it helps update the results fixtures and tables, with the recent postal strikes there can be delays in getting post and this delays the updating process.
The results have been sent to Frank by all teams in good time and on a regular basis, but of late there have been delays and no text messages telling him any different .
Many thanks to Gadget for bringing along to the meeting up to date tables and fixtures in Frank's absence.
The revised draw for the George Collis 6's is as follows :
Shepherds Bush Club v Live & Let Live
Royal Oak v Hammersmith Club
